On 10.02.2010, Mrs. Ye. Muradyan applied to Tavush AAC. She informed that her husband had bout a land plot in 1990, yet did not have the certificate on property right until now.

An unknown construction firm had destroyed the pure water pipeline in one of the villages of Ararat Marz without a grounded reason.

Mrs. M. Stepanyan from Ararat city, who was in difficult situation, borrowed a 1000 USD from another citizen and signed a receipt for the lender. After some time Mrs. Stepanyan returned some money to the lender, but the latter took the sum as reimbursement of the interest of the main sum, and did not diminish the initial dept.

In June 2009 citizen of Ashtarak Mr. A. Asatryan applied to the Advocacy and AssistanceCenter of the RA Aragatsotn Marz with a requirement to protect her rights.

The citizen who had applied to Aparan Advocacy and Assistance Reception Center Reception Center of the RA complained that the registration certificate of his motor vehicle - BMW 5301 indicates that the motor of the car has 88/120 horsepower (hp). However the authorized body of the respective region calculated the property tax for his car as having 180 hp, which in result made 246.856 AMD, whereas in case of 120 hp the tax shall be only 62.760 AMD.

Some years ago Mrs. Gohar, inhabitant of AbovyanCity lent a large sum of money to one of her friends. For some reasons the debtor did not return the sum. The woman had applied to the court with a request to vindicate the sum, and the court upheld the claim.

Mr. Mirza Markosya, citzen of Ararat city applied to Ararat Aadvocacy and Assistance  Reception Center and informed that he had not received his pension for two months. The reason was that the clerks of Ararat Post Office were sending him back stating that he had received his pension and signed for it.

When a couple brought their newborn child to Yerevan for medical treatment, they had no idea they would be denied the right to stay in the hospital premises with their ailing daughter.  The family had traveled from Gegharkunik to a Yerevan hospital so their one-month-old baby girl could receive medical care.  Much to their surprise, the medical staff allegedly demanded a bribe in exchange for allowing the mother to remain with the baby throughout hospitalization and threatened to remove her from the premises if they did not comply. 

Gegharkunik AAC uses all possible resources existing in the region to fight against corruption. AAC cooperates with different organizations. One of those is Astghacolk NGO, an organization AAC created a new relationship with in order to assist one of AAC's visitors.
